Features : Traditional hot-air drying and heating equipments with simple construction exist on the problem of uneven distribution of heating energy, so that the heat can only be transferred to the surface of the object during drying, backing, and curing processes. This leads to higher energy consumption, long
operating time, low efficiency, and incontrollable quality.
The IR (Infrered) Halogen Quartz Heaters can heat up instantly and have one feature in which the heat can pass through by radiation and conduction from the heated object or substance. Due to this property, halogen heater can dry, bake and cure object evenly with high efficiency. It can shorten operating time,
reduce heat loss, and assure stable quality.
We provide various types of Halogen Quartz Heaters including IR short and medium wavelength, to meet most applications. (Short wavelength : 0.8 - 1.4μm / Medium wavelength : 1.4 - 2.0μm)
